Stride Consumer Partners acquired a majority stake in the refrigerated Greek yogurt bar maker.
Stride Consumer Partners said today that it’s taking a majority stake in Clio, the Piscataway, New Jersey–based brand that makes dark chocolate–covered refrigerated Greek yogurt bars and is approaching $100 million in annual revenue.
“We started Clio ten years ago with a simple idea: to make a snack people would fall in love with,” says Clio founder Sergey Konchakovskiy. “Building that dream has been a tough and emotional journey, driven by hard work and a belief that we could make the impossible happen.”
