Stride Consumer Partners, a growth equity firm that specializes in partnering with talented founders to build the next generation of great consumer brands, is pleased to announce the promotion of Brittany Sperling to Principal.
Brittany joined Stride in March 2025 as a Vice President. She has been an important contributor to Stride over the last year, working on several of our investments. “Brittany’s promotion to Principal reflects her strong performance and the value she has added to the firm over the past year,” said Tim Burke, Partner, Stride Consumer Partners. “She approaches her work with thoughtfulness, intellectual curiosity, and a clear commitment to our investment philosophy.”
Prior to joining Stride, Brittany was Vice President at SKKY Partners and L Catterton, where she invested in and worked alongside several founder-led consumer brands. Earlier in her career, Brittany was an Associate at The Carlyle Group and an Analyst at Goldman Sachs. Brittany received her MBA from Harvard Business School and an undergraduate degree from Princeton University.
Brittany will continue to work with our team to identify and invest in leading passion brands across our core sectors of focus while supporting our partner brands in driving growth and achieving their vision. She will also take an active role in recruiting, supporting and mentoring our Associates. We are thrilled to promote Brittany and look forward to her continued success at Stride in the years to come.
